Long story:
I bought a new house and I was convinced I was going to have to replace the carpets in it. I decided to have them cleaned instead. Terrence at Spotless Carpet Cleaning Service was absolutely amazing. He answered the phone immediately, was direct with his advice/information without trying to upsell me, paid attention to my situation and I booked my appointment without hesitation.
Terrence arrived right on time, maybe even early which worked out perfect for me. He was thorough in his explanation of what was going on with my carpet. Then he treated and cleaned! It was so easy, and my carpets no longer look like they belong in the trash. This man and his amazing work literally saved me thousands of dollars.
Terrence was kind, courteous, professional, and welcoming. I will be recommending him...

Terrence was really friendly and professional. He cleaned two mattresses with puppy urine stains. He was knowledgeable and very clean. I have used other upholstery cleaners that have left puddles of water all over my house. Communication was great and he was on time. I would definitely use “Spotless Carpet Cleaning” again.

First and foremost, the guy who cleaned my carpet named Terrance, was very nice, professional and his prices are very reasonable! He came in to make a miracle happen on our carpet that was ruined by the previous tenant, I must say, the job that he had done was spectacular compared to what the carpet previously looked like, he’s a great guy who went above and beyond to do a great job. I will most definitely be using his services in the future and I strongly recommend his services to anyone that is looking for someone to clean your carpet and at a good rate. Terrance is the guy, you won’t be disappointed!
