I’ve been working with Michelle at Spirit Mountain Healing Services for about 8 months now. I wanted to try something different beyond the traditional talk therapy that I’ve done many times before. From my first session I was amazed at how different this therapy was. Working with the horses and seeing how they mirror our emotions and energy was transformational. We focused on self, connecting to self, and really peeling back the layers that helped me understand why I do and react the way I do. Each session she met me where I was at and walked me through recognizing some of the trauma I’ve carried around with myself. She holds you accountable, helps you recognize the feelings that come up, and helps you move the energy and clear it with the help of the horses. Our teenaged son has attended only a few appointments so far with Michelle and her horses, and he’s already exhibiting incredible results.
Prior to finding Spirit Mountain, our son would get angry at the littlest things, he would lose his temper easily, and he most often wanted to isolate himself in his bedroom. He was diagnosed with OCD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. His friendships outside of the home and relationships with family members were struggling, his grades were struggling. After the very first visit with Michelle, he talked the entire way home. he was so excited, he learned so much and he wanted to tell us all about it! He’s been more talkative and interactive with the people in his life. He’s smiling more and helping around the house again.

I swear… this therapy is the most amazing thing I’ve ever experienced in my life!!

On august 18th We had our first family equine assisted therapy session and it absolutely BLEW our minds. The therapist was able to tell us exactly where all of our disconnects are as individuals and how it affects us as a family just from us interacting with the horses! I feel more healing in this one session than I have in all the therapy I’ve ever done! Each one of us including Liam showed emotional breakthrough!

I HIGHLY recommend every single person or family to try it ONCE!!! You will be amazed and might possibly leave with tears of relief!
