Our teenaged son has attended only a few appointments so far with Michelle and her horses, and he’s already exhibiting incredible results.
Prior to finding Spirit Mountain, our son would get angry at the littlest things, he would lose his temper easily, and he most often wanted to isolate himself in his bedroom. He was diagnosed with OCD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. His friendships outside of the home and relationships with family members were struggling, his grades were struggling. After the very first visit with Michelle, he talked the entire way home. he was so excited, he learned so much and he wanted to tell us all about it! He’s been more talkative and interactive with the people in his life. He’s smiling more and helping around the house again.

I swear… this therapy is the most amazing thing I’ve ever experienced in my life!!

On august 18th We had our first family equine assisted therapy session and it absolutely BLEW our minds. The therapist was able to tell us exactly where all of our disconnects are as individuals and how it affects us as a family just from us interacting with the horses! I feel more healing in this one session than I have in all the therapy I’ve ever done! Each one of us including Liam showed emotional breakthrough!

Our experience with Michelle started about a year ago when I requested her services for our daughter Anastasia. At that moment my daughter was 14 years old and under signs of depression and suicidal thoughts.
