"Speedy" I think is a joke? Kind of like calling a large man "Tiny"? As a former real estate agent, I have had a lot of experiences with title companies. This time, as a seller, I can easily say was the worst. Malisa was the most rude, uninformed, "professional" with whom I have ever had to do business. The sell was a basic sell, nothing complicated at all but ended up taking more than two months! When I showed up for my first "closing", I was told that there was no one there who could help me. I quickly confirmed that I was in the right place at the right time because it felt like the Twilight Zone with the apathy for my "appointment". There were several people having personal phone calls and some seemingly sitting around but for some reason my closer was not in the office at the time THEY told me to come. When we finally did close, there were no documents for me to sign and no check. I had to wait for them to be printed and ask my agent to come back for the check. I will avoid this place at all cost going forward.
