I don't usually leave reviews because I understand that we're all human and mistakes happen but this is by far one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. Instead of being proactive, they're extremely reactive which is so counter productive its borderline frustrating. Do not call and expect to speak to one person.. not happening. If you call and asked to be called back (even though you would think it would be a PROFESSIONAL courtesy).. not happening. They purposely withhold all kinds of information which is beyond suspect.. we were 48 hours from closing and they basically told me they didn't have the numbers so I could verify everything was correct.. 2 days from closing.. after over a month waiting for a FOIA package.... and I think one of the wildest things they told me was that they don't issue Earnest money deposits until closing. This company is absolutely unprofessional and takes ZERO responsibility for their mishaps. I just purchased a home last month and the following things have already happened:

- On the day of my closing, I brought all of my closing costs, and SPEEDY TITLE COMPANY tried to force me to pay an additional $500 because of a misstep in calculations on THEIR PART!! 😡

-Someone left a note on my door stating that they are the owners of my new home and not I. They sent me their proof of title/deed and the title company listed on both of our deeds is SPEEDY TITLE COMPANY. When I reached out to speedy, they said they were already informed. I haven’t heard an update about the situation in almost a month!

-I had to pay for a month of home insurance today before it expires at 11:59pm because SPEEDY TITLE COMPANY has not paid them for my home insurance yet even... Read more >

I would not recommend working for this company. They do not train their staff and no one answers calls. Insurance is high. Management does not talk to their clients or employees with respect. Company cuts corners on getting files closed. They do not do complete checks on property's if they can get the property closed they will. Compan6has turn over of employees. Incredible title company. Would not go anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This title company specializes in tax title which i love. They always put their best foot forward. I hate to be this guy but Nothing about them is Speedy. They take their sweet time and act like us clients are bothering them to do THEIR JOB. I’ve lost one too many deals with slowly(speedy). They tell you one thing then you call back and it’s something totally different... I’m just confused to why I get sent to different departments throughout this company when I need questions answered and the person on the phone doesn’t even answer my questions.. it’s the person who transferred me answering them in the background... We had a great experience with speedy title they undid alot of knots for us but when we bought title insurance we thought it meant anything that came back on the title they were going to take care of it's been a month now we had a tax paper come back and they have been saying they would look into it and never have gotten back to us so we r going to be stuck owing a old tax bill of $369.00its not alot just the principal of when u buy insurance it sussposed to protect you from these things .Well getting ready to but another house know I am going to have to look for another title company. I think they call this Penny wise and pound foolish because they could be making money off us still yet there happy with just that 369 dollars . Read more >

The sellers of a property we were going to buy said they liked working with this company but when the offer fell through we had to keep reminding them to send us the “mutual release of PA” form and now I have been trying for over a month to get my security deposit returned.
