Despite booking this company due to its many good reviews, Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with the "Move in Cleaning (Ultimate Top to Bottom)". I requested the move-in deep cleaning before we moved in, so the house was empty and should've been easy to clean (it was not in terrible shape to begin with). 3 cleaners came and worked for about 4 hours, and at first glance/walk-through, the house looked great at surface level. I was very busy with arranging our move and didn't do a thorough assessment after the cleaners had left. However, before we were moving in a couple days later, I noticed so many missed areas which were supposed to be included in the package I paid for: the top of the fridge had a very thick layer of dust (months worth), several cabinets were not cleaned, there was old hair on the bathtub floor (had not been used yet), blinds were not vacuumed and... Fantastic Service. We were very pleased with the quality of work. Dani, Brandon and Jackie were very personable and showed excellent attention to detail.
