Unfortunately this was not a good experience. I read such excellent reviews, I chose the company as they were Rowlett based, appeared to implement honesty and integrity and from the reviews, customers seemed happy with the level of work. Firstly, I was expecting the company to send someone to my home to look at what I wanted done and to evaluate and give me a price. Everything was done on the phone. After a few phone calls, David and his spouse began to tell me more of what they were not going to do than to do what I wanted done. They were not going to vacuum, they were only going to feather dust, which simply moves dust from one place to another and was not going to polish the furniture. I called David on Friday afternoon to clarify the job and David was too busy to talk to me and sent word that he needed my credit card on file before the job started. I felt in my heart that... I don’t think I’ll ever go elsewhere. Fantastic service all around, from the sweet lady who scheduled me to the excellent people who came in. I highly recommend them, and I’ll definitely be glad to see them again soon. BTW, they speak Spanish, a plus. My only complaint is that they scheduled me for biweekly cleaning and failed to ever get a person out here again. So, kinda flaky. Do your best. Read more >
