Thankful for Danielle's consistency in coming every month & doing a good clean! Most appreciated too that she is open to any specific instructions I may have. The office is also good about receiving any occasional issue items...a good sign for a business! (Robbie Lynne even came to visit & observe at latest cleaning, bless her).

I have had precious cleaners. Sparkle and Sheen could do a better job shining the stainless steel in the kitchen.

I've had several different companies and cleaning specialists in the past. I was looking for a new specialist and decided to try Sparkle & Sheen since I've heard so much about them through friends. Well we just had our 1st clean and I am pleasantly surprised at how informative they are and though in the cleaning. I've never had a company keep me so informed and follow up to see how things went. I'm glad we gave Sparkle & Sheen an opportunity as this turned out amazing and I know we found our new specialists.

Sparkle & Sheen staff are pleasant, punctual and very hard working. At first it was difficult to let someone into my house and show them all of the dark dirty corners ...... but I don't have any dark dirty corners anymore!
I decided to get housekeeping help as a 65th birthday gift for myself, and I sincerely wish I had done this decades ago. The time that has been freed up to do more enjoyable things, and the always shiny floors, backsplashes and bathrooms have reduced so much stress that I didn't even know I was hanging on to.

I was happy with cleaning just unhappy with the booking. I am not available until after 11:15, wrote on my profile. In tried to get hold of somebody on Wed not taking calls, she texted that she was coming at 10;15. I had to do sine rearranging of my schedule in a hurry. Inwould it set up somehow to have the same person at the same time every time. She gets to know my place and get the job done. Seems like I get somebody different every time.

Booking and billing are easy and straightforward, prices are reasonable, the staff are always friendly, punctual, polite, and easy to work with.

I am happy with the service I receive from Sparkle and Sheen. The cleaners do a thorough job and follow up on areas of concern from previous weeks. The scheduling,invoicing and payment provided by Jobber is so easy to use and very efficient.

Sparkle & Sheen always leaves my house clean and organized every time the visit. They go above and beyond what is required of them and I’m never disappointed.

I love using Sparkle and clean organize and cleaning services. They are so efficient. The ladies do a fantastic job they’re very good communicators if there is an emergency, they let us know. Very flexible very accommodating to my schedule I would 100% recommend this company to anyone!

Have used a few times for deep cleans or move in cleans with great results at great price. After the last deep clean we decided to start up with monthly cleaning and we are not disappointed. Great job

Overall I've been quite happy with Sparkle and Sheen's services. There's a few stand out workers like Danielle but there is quite a bit of worker turnover so the cleaning quality isn't always consistent. There's a lot of option for feedback and I feel they vet their workers quite well. Like I said overall a very good service, with excellent customer service, just that bit of turnover that can muddle things sometimes.

they do exactly what I ask them to do, eg., this week I asked them to clean my windows on the inside of the house. Not only did the two young ladies manage to complete this task quickly but they also cleaned my floors and bathrooms as well. We were very pleased with the results.
