In 2021, My daughter and her family did not want to return to my condo from Norway for Christmas until I cleaned up the air. I had contracts with Air and Energy for A/C and Hughes exterminators for pest control. for 20 years. Nobody else ever said anything about my "air" except for my daughter's nose! I wanted my family to visit me. I called the Chamber of Commerce, asked "Who tests Air?" I'm glad I listened to my daughter. Mr Spanos was recommended. Mr Spanos was very professional, thorough, answered all questions. His mold report showed 2 highly toxic molds for babies and elderly persons, discovered in the bedroom referenced by my daughter. None was visible. My voice has
gotten hoarse, I was breathing in that air all night long! Allergy testing showed my allergies to dust ,mold, trees, grasses and weeds. He told me how to wash all clothes and keep them out of bedroom before the mold remediation and restoration could begin. He gave me names of reputable contractors to choose from for remediation and restoration. He was willing to work with my insurance company in my behalf. He gets his mold testing results back to home owner in a speedy manner and
comes back after all work is done for final mold testing.
On March 7, 2026, sewer water backed up into my bathtub, toilet, and overflowed onto the flooring. Mr Spanos again did Mold testing for me, recommended what flooring needed to be removed, etc. I would highly recommend him. The third time was when a pipe broke under the kitchen sink. He found mold growing in the kitchen. He will give you a thorough mold testing report you can give to your insurance company. If you use him, you will not be disappointed. I have used his services on three occasions.
