After locating the service managers (Todd) contact information, was able to set up a repair appointment, Todd arrived promptly at that time. He not only repaired the Iron/Sulfur Filter, he checked, serviced and fine tuned the entire system.
I did not want to lose this company with all of its committed staff and management! There were communication issues weeks ago that thankfully been resolved.
I wanted to edit this review quickly as to not bring any discredit to all of its fine staff and not create any potential business harm.
I look forward to having a good, strong and reliable company to help with any future water filtering issues or upgrades that will be needed.
