Sonya was excellent when it came to finding my first property! Shortly before my 20th birthday I started looking into buying real estate and Sonya was more than happy to help. Within a month Sonya shared a beautiful piece of land to me and I went under contract on my 20th birthday! To start I’ve found a few places I liked on the internet. Messaged a few different realtors waiting for a response. Sonya replied almost instantly! She scheduled appointments to view homes, she told me what was right and wrong and she didn’t push the sale on me like others. She was willing to take her time to make it work for me, being a single parent, than focusing like many others on just the paycheck. Sonya Francis of Re/Max was recommended to us and I am so glad I chose her to sell our house. We have lived in our house for 40 years and didn't know where to start. Sonya staged our house to look great. The house was put on the market on a Saturday and after an open house on Sunday, we accepted a contract Monday night.
