Best bbq I had in a long time

Food was delicious, staff is friendly

Great food and great service. I had the brisket and it was so smoky and tender it basically was fall apart at the fork which is awesome. My wife had the pulled pork which was also amazing and so delicate and delicious.

Had my first experience today here and I must say I am hooked! From the gracious staff to the delicious food. I unfortunately live an hour away but I won’t let that stop me from coming back. I had the smoked Reuben sandwich and it was off the hook, I consider myself a Reuben aficionado and this ranked as one of my favorites. Thanks!

We are from out of town, and this was a great place to go. The food was wonderful, and we had great service. It wasn't expensive either.

Delicious point pieces of brisket with tasty bark. Highly recommend the Garlic Cheese Curds and side salad (snoked gouda shreds!) Susan was a friendly server! Food was fast and tasty. Atmosphere was nice, former applebees but with a texas bbq feel

Good food good atmosphere

We had tried their sister restaurant, The Chubby Trout, a few months ago and decided to try here this time. I will start with the staff, they were amazing. All very friendly but not annoying friendly where they are more of a burden than a blessing. Avery was our waiteess/bartender and she was great. Very friendly, quick and responsive. The food was good but I was hoping for more. It all looked amazing when it come out but the meat was dry for both my fiance and I. He had brisket with baby tatos and caggage both need salt or butter, something. I had they dippin sandwich and it was good because I could dip it in something to help with the dryness. The flavor is there it just needs some finess or tweeking to make it amazing.

Excellent food. Great service. Prices a little high but that's expected.

For Midwestern BBQ this place was "pretty good". We were greeted at the door and seated. We ordered pulled pork, wings, and a heap of sides.
As a Texan I'm hyper critical of BBQ. The pulled pork was smokey and hand pulled. It was a little on the dry side, but the sauce balanced it out. The wings were very smokey and had great flavor but we're also pretty dry.
The mango habanero sauce was my favorite, but it could use more mango and a Lot more habanero. There sweetness of the molasses was so heavy that I barely got any pepper notes or heat.
The jalapeno hush puppies were hot, fresh with pepper chunks and corn. They were flavorful and not too hot. Don't be afraid of them and definitely order them.
The baked beans we're not bad but seemed like they took a can of beans and enhance them with onion and kidney beans.
The mac and cheese was 10 out of...
