We had an amazing experience this evening. When we looked at the menu online, there were a couple dishes they claimed to have run out of, but to our surprise they had all options available. It's not uncommon to run out of smoked meat options because of the time it takes to prepare and produce great results. We had the Burria tacos, burnt ends, brisket Mac n cheese, ribs, potatoes and chips with a trio of dipping sauces. Everything was cooked exceptionally well and full of flavor. Staff was great and very attentive to our needs. What a great new restaurant concept for our area, and to get it up and running in a pandemic.
