As a father, being actively involved in my children’s growth and education is very important to me. Opportunities like “Daddy Days,” where I could visit and witness their progress firsthand, helped build a strong sense of trust and connection with the staff. Their consistent communication and transparency gave me confidence that my boys were in a nurturing and well-structured environment.

I also appreciated the team’s flexibility and professionalism, especially on days when scheduling was tight. They were always accommodating and made pick-up smooth and stress-free.

Both of our children began attending Smarty Pants in October 2023. Our son was almost 3 years old, and our daughter was just 15 months. From the beginning , we’ve been impressed by the love and structure the staff provide to help each child grow and thrive.

Thanks to the strong academic curriculum at Smarty Pants, our son was able to successfully test into both the Early Entry and CPS Selective Enrollment programs, to start Kindergarten at 4 years old. Our daughter, who started at Smarty Pants with no prior academic exposure, is now progressing at the same pace…or even faster…than her brother at that age.

We are so grateful to Smarty Pants and recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality early education.

My son has been at Smarty Pants since he was 15 months old, and now, a few years later, I can confidently say choosing Smarty Pants was one of the best decisions my husband and I have made. The progress he’s made socially and academically is incredible. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed and lays a strong foundation for selective enrollment preparation.

What sets Smarty Pants apart, though, is the community. The teachers are not just educators; they’re nurturing and passionate and feel like extended family. The parents are just as amazing, and we’ve shared playdates and birthday celebrations. I adore everything about this daycare and feel so grateful to be part of the Smarty Pants family.

My daughter has been at Smarty Pants since she was 2yrs old (now 4) and I can’t say enough good things about it. The level of care and education she receives has been outstanding. I have seen so much growth and development in my daughter and I will always recommend families to consider Smarty Pants.

My son has been at Smarty Pants since he was 16 months and he is now 3. He has learned so much since being enrolled. I recently bought some flash cards with sight words. I knew his class was introducing them so I wanted to practice at home. To my surprise, he knew way more words than I thought. And he even attempted to sound out the words he didn’t know! He loves all his teachers (past and present) and I know they love him too. He is very much in his toddler era right now with “big feelings” and everything else that comes with being 3. But they have been so caring and patient with him. I really appreciate all the love and effort they put into my son.

By far the best school for young children I know. As a former school administrator, this school gives its students a nice springboard to kindergarten and beyond. Highest rating ever!!

I can’t say enough great things about Smarty Pants ELC!! From the nurturing and loving school setting, to the dedicated and devoted teachers and staff ( Ms. Brandi, Ms. Linda, Ms. Meena), to the awesome job they do in preparing your little for success after Smarty Pants, we truly couldn’t have picked a better place for our daughter to learn, grow and thrive at. Smarty Pants ELC is the best and I make sure to tell everyone I know about it.

I recently toured Smarty Pants as I was in desperate need of childcare for my son. This daycare is local, being a 5-minute walk from my home. This facility came highly recommended by a family and friend. I was really excited to tour this facility.

On the day of the tour, we walked around the facility, which is 3 large rooms with dividers to separate the classrooms. Linda is the cook, tour guide, receptionist, and what appears to be the enrollment manager/specialist was our guide. During the tour, Mrs Linda covered daily activities and discussed the menu and the curriculum. She explained that Smarty Pants isn't a play based school. She mentioned they also potty train and respect the childs privacy. They have a small playground out back.

The tour took longer than we expected, but I am glad she was thorough. At the end of the tour, I wanted to register my son...

My daughter arrived at smarty pants in Jan of 2023 and Ms Brandy worked extremely hard with her. In Dec 2023 she took the CPS early entry exam and did amazing. She will be able to start kindergarten as a 4 year old. Highly recommend!!!

I love SmartyPants!!! I’d planned to send my child there even before he was born. My son officially began his education with them as a 1 year old. I was beyond nervous about leaving my baby, but the staff was great about making us feel comfortable. They are loving and provide a rich experience for the students, which includes yoga and music!

Our son loves his teachers. He has grown so much and was accepted into our preferred school for kindergarten.

Smarty Pants Early Learning Center is an exceptional daycare center that I highly recommend to any parent. There is nothing more important to me on earth than my child. I feel extremely blessed that my friend referred me to Smarty Pants back in 2019. My child has been in their care for quite a while and I have come to trust them with the safety, emotional well being, and education of my child. The staff are loving, competent, and supportive. You’ll have peace of mind with your child in their capable supervision.

My daughter has been enrolled since she was an infant. It is a safe, clean and loving environment. The academics are excellent. I can clearly see what my child is learning from colors, to numbers, writing her name, and Spanish words all before the age of three. The staff is professional. I would highly recommend Smarty Pants.

I enrolled my two year old son during the peak of the pandemic. It was a risky move but, it was the best decision I ever made. I saw immediate results with my son's development. The passion and focus the teacher's give to each child is super impressive. I've never seen such intelligent and bright two and three year olds who absolutely love coming to school every day. The homework folder that is sent home every week allows parents to see first hand what's being taught to the children. I wish my son was enrolled in Smarty Pants earlier in his life but, he will definitely be there until he starts kindergarten.

We love being part of the Smarty Pants community. My daughter is now 3 and started when she was around 1 and a half. She is always so happy and delighted to go to school. She loves her teachers and always talks about her friends. She is progressing with numeracy, pre-literacy and writing in ways I never expected for a 3 year old. Our early education teachers are not only committed to academic progress but supporting the children in their social and emotional development as well.

They have done a phenomenal job doing this hard work safely in the midst of the COVID19 public health emergency too. It's such a blessing to be able to have this important socialization for my daughter while we are still needing to isolate in other areas of pur lives for safety and health. Both my girls attend the school and really enjoy it. Smarty Pants will not only provide the educational piece but they will nurture your children as well. The staff are amazing and accommodating. Both of my daughters are excelling educationally!
