My husband and I spoke with Nathan over the phone and he sent a representative the same day to give us a quote for washing our roof and our cedar siding and two sheds! Cameron who came to give us a quote was extremely helpful knowledgeable and professional and very kind! Later the same day Nathan from the office called us back and scheduled the cleaning for only two days later! The two technicians that came to do our cleaning were on time and very polite and knowledgeable and efficient! The young technicians were Jersey and a technician also named Cameron! From the first phone call, I was impressed. Cameron came out and discussed what needed to be done. He was very pleasant and professional. We agreed on a price and I was scheduled for the following week. The team arrived early. Both Jersey and Cameron #2 were professional. They cleaned the roof, driveway and house. They are very protective of your lawn and flowers. The results were amazing. In fact, they were able to power wash my neighbors front and side as well. She was thoroughly impressed.

Smart wash has been an awesome company to work with. The crew that came to my house did an excellent job. They went above and beyond in their work. I’m happy that with the results. The only reason that I gave a 4 star review is because there were some confusion from the person who provided the estimate. For example, it wasn’t clear that additional services would be needed to do things like:
- Performing an Acid wash to remove red clay stains.
- Performing a Degreasing Was to remove oil stains or “deep” stains on concrete/driveways…however the fine print of their 3-stage concrete wash service does state this.
- Performing an additional brightening wash to remove “tiger strips”/oxidized stains on gutters.
