Smart Wash

I've worked with SmartWash before as they did a dryer vent cleanout for me and they did a good job. I also had them quote the house washing but the house was not ready for it and I did some work on my own. They just finished washing the house, cleaning my stone work that had clay from the original house construction, and they cleaned my solar panels. It was great having a professional crew out. They had the right products and tools to get the job done faster and better than I could. The house looks great - the trim work, naming my white wood soffits looked bad and now they look great. They also got >95% of the clay off the stone which is much better than what I was getting with cleaner and high pressure washer. My solar panels look great and I expect to get more output from them. I am very late getting this review done, but late is better than not at all. Last summer SmartWash did a washing of the eaves, gutters, and other vinyl trimmed surfaces at my two-story home. The whole process from getting a quote to scheduling and performing the work went very quickly and as promised by the company. The results were very good in most areas. The higher gutters and eaves were still a bit dirty, but I had not had them cleaned since we bought the house in 2004. They were very dirty. The surfaces closer to the ground, such as roof trim on a screened porch were very clean. The technician was very courteous, careful, and diligent in performing the washing.
