02/26/2020 my 2 year old son has just started attending this daycare for 3 weeks and yesterday 02/25/2020 we pick him up like this. I was informed by his mother while I was at work that he had gotten scratched by another kid and so I called to clarify the situation. When speaking to his teacher she had assured me it was not that bad and just 1 or 2 scratches on both sides so I asked how he had been doing after that and understood kids are kids but was not aware how severe this was until pick up. Upon pickup his mother called me in Tears! Saying our poor son looked like he had been attacked by animal. The type of negligence these teachers have shown for my son is unacceptable. And they also showed zero remorse. My son is a very humble loving child he plays well with others he is NOT aggressive or violent he’s polite and respectful esp for his age. This is what they allowed to happen to my son. DSS has been made aware of the situation and is currently investigating. Parents please be very aware they are in it for a profit. I could go on and on about more issues that have happened in a 3 week period. Lastly the workers and ESPECIALLY owner are incredibly irresponsible, inconsiderate, and very unprofessional in this facility. I walked in the door and there’s no security the front door was able to access all classrooms and so anyone could enter and cause harm. I feel like I let my son down for picking this daycare I carry that guilt with me but am writing this to let parents be aware they might be cheap but that’s not worth having something happen to your child it simply isn’t. This daycare as they call it needs to be shut down. I’m sorry but that’s plain and simple and not only did they let this happen but are allowing the child to re enter the facility again.
