I love small fee reality because they are very professional and they were able to sell the house very quickly. I have sold many using this realtor and have always been kept apprised of any changes or updates. I plan on continuing to use her services.

We have bought/sold with Nicole Miller of SFR twice in the past 6 years and we’d never use anyone else. The Small Fee set up saves you a ton of money in commission, yet the personal and responsive service from Nicole exceeds any traditional realtor we’ve worked with before. We are not the easiest clients (ha!) and Nicole was patient, understanding and truly worked to get us exactly what we wanted. She worked for us, not for her bottomline or commission. I could not more highly recommend SFR or Nicole Miller!!!!!

just like the name says, they have very small fees for selling! Even if you just want a realtor to help with the confusing buying process, they can help with that too! I definitely recommend Small Fee Realty!
