I bought a Pulsd and tried their Infrared Sauna. The check in process was fine but there was little to no instructions provided on what to do or how the sauna works. I had to ask several questions for the staff member to final go through the full experience for a new client. They also requested that I take a photo in order to return to the spa again. I declined. Who needs pictures for a non-member based service???? Bottom line, the sauna works but the customer service needs work.
