Had a 5 star experience with Carelina who was professional and friendly. She explained each step in the procedure. When you check in they do ask to take a photo of your ID but without the written information (they block the writing with a white card). Check in process was easy, you’ll sign a few waivers as it is a clinical spa. Read more >

I bought a Pulsd and tried their Infrared Sauna. The check in process was fine but there was little to no instructions provided on what to do or how the sauna works. I had to ask several questions for the staff member to final go through the full experience for a new client. They also requested that I take a photo in order to return to the spa again. I declined. Who needs pictures for a non-member based service???? Bottom line, the sauna works but the customer service needs work. Read more >

Everyone beware, read their reviews on Groupon and only make a review after you have finished you service. If you give a truthful review about your experience that isn’t positive, then they write you back a nasty reply and ban you from the salon. I was apparently “banned” after making an honest review about my experience LOL. It was VERY CLEAR from my review that I was never going back and I purposely wrote the truthful review of my experience after finishing all of my prepaid sessions. If they “ban” you before you’ve completed your prepaid sessions and you have a Groupon, speak with the Groupon customer service and the legal department if you have to. I went for the lipo laser and it was only 20 minutes/per session (salons offer it for 40 minutes because that’s the amount needed to see actual change), also they charge more.
