Mariana at skin Bliss was so welcoming to me, a new patient. She met me at the door and escorted me to the treatment room, where she thoroughly explained the IPL procedure. She asked questions that would eliminate a bad reaction for me. She described the intense bursts of light and provided protection for my eyes, also applying cooling gel before beginning with the IPL bursts. She covered my face 3 full times, especially on areas of concern to me. At the end of procedure, I inquired what else I might do for my skin issues, and she gave a quick recommendation and explained it well. It was quick and she booked 2 other appointments for me.
