Had a great experience. It was my first time having microneedling done and the staff made sure I was informed about the procedure and prep. They were friendly and courteous. Definitely will be back!

All the staff is absolutely amazing, patient, professional, and wonderful customer service. Yes. They sometimes do get busy on Saturdays and tend to maybe overbook themselves in which case the client has to wait awhile to be seen but "hey" this happens everywhere. This world ain't perfect. I wasn't too fond of the fact that the girl that scheduled my appointment misunderstood exactly the service I requested but the staff thankfully, patiently and politely accommodated me and end of the day as a client, I walked away happy. This is exactly how it should be at an establishment like this. I have respect. Thank you to all.

4/5 because most times they are not on time with the scheduled appointments but I love Mariana and she takes care of me every time!
