Signature Health and Wellness in Belleville has been the best decision I could ever make when it came to my health. I came in for a complimentary massage and consultation in April 2017 Dr. Pancaro and the entire staff were very professional in giving me a tour of the facility. I explained to Dr. Pancaro that I had an injury to my right arm and was doing physical therapy at Kessler but I wasn't seeing any results as a matter of fact I was barely lifting my right arm and my doctor was talking surgery. I told Dr. Pancaro I recently went for an MRI and was waiting for the results low and behold I found out I had a shoulder impingement and slight tear to my rotator cuff. I was frustrated with my current facility but also skeptical about changing to a new facility but I must say this was the best decision I could have ever made in my health and wellness. I have worked all my life & ignored all the aches & pain until a fellow nurse highly recommended Dr Eric Pancora!
I was physically active & must have hurt myself between Zumba & Body Works between squats & jumping that made me go and so was pleasantly surprised on how professional Dr Eric & his wonderful staff! They all have "healing hands"! Dr Eric, the Acupuncturists, Franny & Denny, P. T.'s Joanne, Bob, & Tida & to all the staff, Meghan & Nicole - thank you! You guys do a great job!

Signature Wellness Center is like no other. Dr. Eric, Bobby (massage therapist), and Tida (massage therapist) are a determined staff who genuinely care about your overall well-being and will go to great lengths to ensure you leave feeling 100x better than you arrived. Never a wait (like other chiropractors), flexible visiting hours, and walking in is NEVER a trouble. The office is light hearted and I actually look foward to treatment. They make you feel at home and are a wonderful asset to the Signature Health family!

This place is the best. They treat you like family and the services are outstanding. From acupuncture, physical therapy and chiropractic services, you can get everything done at one location. Their hours are great too. Try the aqua bed... you'll love it. Great place.

I Love Dr. Pancaro and his team. His front desk girls really make you feel like family. I Love coming in to see them. The massage therapist are wonderful here. Franny the acupuncturist is great. You will not be disappointed here.

Came in with back pain, I've had this pain for years and after a few weeks of chiropractic and auncupuncture I felt a lot better brand new as if I never suffered from my back pain amazing treatment. Thank you everyone!

Dr. Eric and his crew provide elite care for their patients. He cured my back pain and improved my golf swing in the process. He offers great advice and is extremely accommodating. Highly recommended as the guru in his field!

Only after a couple weeks, I feel amazing, went from being in pain most of the time, to feeling a lot better, more agile, and motivated to keep myself healthy. Amazing, attentive staff.

I dislocated my finger, about 2 months ago and thanks to the help and support I most definitely would have lost a lot of the usage out of my left hand. Everyone is very nice and I would recommend you give them a try.
