Showcase Restoration was suggested to me by a friend who used them for water damage. They are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They were very empathetic of my situation and understanding of my situation. I would and have recommended this company to many people. John has been a blessing to work with and Isaac has been an amazing project manager.

I worked with Isaac from Showcase Restorations regarding water damage from an insurance claim. It was very complicated on many levels. It’s a home built in 1929, my mom was 87 and not great with voicemails and there was a relative who lived there who was uncooperative. It was a difficult job that required so much patience and perseverance. And Isaac was so helpful to work with going above and beyond.

Isaac is polite, but best of all a great communicator. He answered the phone or texts always. I did not ever have to chase him down. He explained every aspect of the work, what was within the scope and what wasn’t and is a great problem solver. At a time when you call and get an automatic voice with a list of choices, being able to get to a human directly was refreshing. I called the office looking for assistance with remodeling my kitchen. I spoke with John Russell who was very knowledgeable and understanding. He informed me that if needed that financing was available. I look forward to working with this wonderful company in the near future.

We had a shower leak that flooded our kitchen below. Water mitigation was fast and thorough, and our main contact people, Isaac and John, were fantastic at helping us with what ended up being a total kitchen overhaul. They kept us informed, listened to every question we had and were especially patient with our rowdy toddler trying to run the show. Showcase did a great job on replacing our house after a fire. Isaac, the project manager was very professional, nice, and always prompt on answering by questions and returning my phone calls. He was also very good at keeping me posted on any and all updates such as delays in supplies etc. I would recommend Showcase to anyone for restoration work.

Isaac and his crew was the greatest. The work on my home is outstanding, it is the talk among my friends. He made very sure I was completely satisfied every phase of the repairs. We're in the final stretch of moving back in. Thanks to our project manager Jon Davis for putting our house back together.

Showcase wasted no time sending the water mitigation and a repair team to my home when I had water damage to both my upstairs and downstairs home. They replaced the hardwood floor and drywall within the time I wanted and everything looks great. The teams process of handling paperwork and being available was great. I was informed on the status of the home as they worked on the repairs. No issues. Thank you to everyone,

No homeowner ever wants to have a home emergency on their hands, but when mine took place I was happy that I had showcase there to help me.
I cannot speak highly enough of Ken, Issac, Joshua, and all of their teams. They kept me informed during every step of the process from clean up, demo, and renovation.
They also promptly responded to all of my various questions and were nothing but polite and professional the entire time.
I cannot thank them all enough for making that stressful time more bearable and taking such great care of my home! I was very happy with their results!!
