Work was done quickly and professionally. At no point did I have to follow up with them. They stayed on top of all the work and contact points. I have no reason to think anyone else should have a different experience. I highly recommend working with these guys.

Woke up one morning to a substantial roof leak in our laundry room. My insurance company said that they used Showcase. I personally know the owners and they had done previous work on our home and at my employment so I had no qualms about calling them. Within a couple of hours Mr Stephon Williams was at our home. He inspected the damage, took pictures to show us the damage and he installed a temp tarp. A day later Mr Brian Jacobs, the project manager, came by with a roofer and further inspection showed more damage. We were heading out of town so they installed a much larger tarp and started the process of setting up a work schedule. Within a week of returning from vacation the repairs are complete. Throughout the process we were kept informed and all questions and concerns were handled quickly.
I would have no problem recommending Showcase. Brian, Stephon and the sub contractors...

Everyone within your company has been great, we had an issue with one of the painters not doing a great job but you guys were quick to send new people out and fix it.

Quality work was excellent. Brian has been more than professional in his job with the scope of work and keeping me informed of the work being done until completion. I would definitely recommend Brian as a project supervisor and Showcase Restoration! They saw to it that I was satisfied and above with the work done on my home.

Showcase was absolutely wonderful Brian is great at communicating with customers and was always ready and available when needed. I am a little upset with the siding crew, but it’s nothing that needs to be addressed as no harm was done. Thank you all for your outstanding customer service.

I’m thankful to say that I am in an employee of Showcase Restoration as a project superintend it.
