The people at Showcase restoration were very professional and kept me updated on everything that was going on. Answered my questions quickly. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone that has similar issues.

I had a water damage under my kitchen sink and was referred to Showcase Restoration by a plumber from Flow Rite company. They fixed the problem and everything looks great! I would have given them 5 stars but they took time to fix the problem on a timely fashion. Liz, the case manager, was very professional, kind, and very amicable. I would recommend anyone to Showcase Restoration. Charlie, who did the different estimates, was very knowledgeable and diligent. I hope that they will work better in their timelines to fix the issues at hand.

I am a long time resident of NC and I had wind damage done to my home in Lumberton. I was on a tight schedule because the damage was sustained as my home was set to sale. My interaction with the manager who answered the phone, Charlie, and Liz was amazing. Major hiccup with the roofing crew took much longer to perform a one day job, but Liz ensured materials on site, and in constant contact from beginning until end. Ensuring they cleared the site and the roof looks actually amazing. It looked so good, it almost made me want to stay in Lumberton...Not. But I am very pleased with the completed job.

I would like to express my appreciation to the project manager Preston and his team for cleaning up and restoring my kitchen and living room after my house was flooded. And I would also like to express my appreciation to Liz Aponte, the lady carpenter, who restored my cabinet to a beautiful pristeen condition. I was very impressed with her and her work ethics. I'm very pleased with the work done by all the members of Showcase Restoration.

Roof leaked and my interior was water damaged. They completed the repair very quickly and the end product looked like new. Brian and his team were very courteous, polite, and acted professionally while on my property. Would definitely recommend.

Had a pipe leak and cause my ceiling to collapse. The water mitigation team was on site and drying my house within hours of us discovering the hole and calling our insurance company. Chrissy and Sarah were extremely professional and took care of the entire clean up on top of removing drywall and installation. They always contacted us ahead of time and upon arrival were always polite. I would definitely recommend this service to others facing restoration issues.

This is for Zach Free, one of the estimators at Showcase. Zach did a wonderful job for me and was very responsive. He would be an asset to any company he works for. Zach was very thorough, is good at dealing with people, had good attention to detail, was very good at explaining things, and he cares. so for Zach he gets 5 stars.

Excellent response and coordination from start to finish...All involved starting with Claudia, then Zack, then Todd and the roofing crew he put together to do the roof replacement were so professional and helpful...I highly recommend using this company....

Out to help went above and beyond for us! They came out at 11pm after our wash machine flooded the upstairs into the downstairs. They knew what they were doing, were very polite and cleaned up after they left. Thank you! 10/10 would recommend!

Christy & Sarah were absolutely amazing! Their work in my garage spoke for itself! Along with any questions I had, they were very knowledgeable about it all. After calling USAA about our unfortunate water damage to our home, Showcase Restoration arrived when they said they would. They took charge of the situation. They (Zac, Jason, Sarah, and Christy) made this whole process of removing all carpeting and flooring to include taking away, setting up drying equipment, and retrieving their equipment with pure professionalism. Our family greatly appreciated your team. I cannot express enough of how grateful I feel. We were overwhelmed from the amount of damage that occurred before the team had come. The team took this stressful situation and lifted our sprits with their concern. If anyone is faced with this situation from water damage I will encourage you to call Showcase Restoration. They made theirselves available after hours for me to ask any questions that I may have had and answered in a prompt manner. EXCELLENT Team!!!

Showcase Restoration was hired to cleanup exterior property that was used as dumping site. They (Sarah and Christy) did a phenomenal job at getting everything cleaned up and the site looked outstanding. I would definitely utilize them in the future for any clean up service.
