From our initial contact with Hannah, to our in person estimate with Trevor, coordinating the service was a smooth and efficient process. Our windows were in definite need of a good cleaning. Sam and Edgar were our technicians and they were punctual, thorough and polite. They did a fantastic job and I will be sure to use and recommend Shine Bright in the future.

My first experience using window cleaning services and would have done it a lot sooner if I'd known how easy Shine Bright would make it! I inquired just for exterior, but they offered to include inside, trim and ledges for the same price and had a team of two super professional employees out within a week. Took only a couple hours and my windows are sparkling! Would not hesitate to use them again - will add a full exterior power wash next time too!

Francisco was on time, really nice, very cute, and did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to get what they pay for.

Our rental property needed its walkways and sidewalks to be cleaned after years of dirt and stains. We hired Shine Bright to pressure wash everything down -- what a big difference! We (and our neighbors) are stoked! The place appears so bright and transformed, we're planning a photo shoot for brand new marketing photos for the front of the house.

Shine Bright did a great job on our windows which included 2nd and 3rd floors reached only by ladder. They called ahead to let us know they were running behind. Jonathan worked diligently and we were very pleased with the finished product. He also went above and beyond by working through tight quarters to climb past a palm tree to get to the last grimy window.

Trevor and crew are completely professional. They did a great job on my shower doors and all my windows. Easy to do spring cleaning this year!

Their technicians did a fabulous job cleaning my windows inside and out, cleaning the screens and also the window tracks. I can truly enjoy the views of my garden from my windows now!

Windows are something that you don't realize just how dirty they are until they are really clean! Francisco did an interior and exterior window cleaning and screen replacement at our home today. We are beyond thrilled with the work he did. The windows, screens and tracks have never looked better. He was quick, worked so hard and we hardly knew he was here. The estimate appointment was quick and easy, pricing is very reasonable and everyone we encountered on the phone and in person were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

The guys showed up on time, we’re very courteous, prompt to get started and worked around the movers. Afterwards explained what they did, what nicks they found and where they couldn’t clean bc, well, it’s a 90 yr old house with some very old windows. Highly recommend!

Pretty good. Not the most thorough clean. I live on the 16th floor of a high rise with giant floor to ceiling windows as well as glass wrap around balcony (they cleaned both sides!). Arranged a time to get a quote - they arrived, were able to give a fair price on full inside and out windows and the balcony. They scheduled me in for the following week. The two cleaners were super courteous and professional. Whilst the work looked great during the day, once the sun started going down you can see all the streaks and the bits that were missed :( Having to go round them all and do myself. They just emailed me the invoice which I could pay easily online. Not a bad effort - the cleaning itself could have been better

Scott and his team are amazing. I take care of a vacation home and am often in need last minute service for unexpected visitors. Scott always manages to fit us in, is very responsive and easy to work with, and the workers are fabulous and fast! They are careful not to make a mess or disturb anything when working inside. I recommend them without reservation!
