Working with Andre was a great experience! He first showed up with snacks and water, which was very thoughtful. He then spent a long time helping us go through the potential home with a fine-toothed comb. You don't really "want" to find problems, but need to know what things to look for. Andre was able to navigate all the tricky corners of the home (literally and figuratively) to help us understand its strengths and weaknesses. Positive through it all, he was a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Andre!
