The whole Sherwood team was amazing - from the people answering the phones, to the inspectors, to the personal involvement from Dave Sherwood when we had some unusual requests.
Scheduling using their online tools was quick and painless. There was clear communication at every step in the process, and we always felt like we knew what was happening and where we stood.
Andre was at the site well before the inspection was scheduled to start. He took his time to inspect everything carefully, pointing out not only problems, but potential upgrades and maintenance items. He answered all of our questions, and we never felt like he was just rushing to get through things.
We had the inspection report later that day. It contained photographs that made each of the issues clear, and noted whether each item was an upgrade, repair, or maintenance item. It was easy to understand, detailed, and well-written. We were more than satisfied with the quality.
All of the other test results (radon, mold, lead in the water) were sent to us in a timely manner. When we had some questions about the lead in the water, it was easy to reach someone at Sherwood to ask for clarifications. When we needed to get additional testing scheduled on short notice, they were willing to work with us to get another inspector to return to the house, and when the seller's agent raised concerns about the testing procedures, Dave Sherwood reached out to make sure we had the correct information.
Overall, great service.
