Great company, easy online portal that allowed me to add any additional services needed. After ordering online I ended up calling them to add even more. It went smoothly on the phone too. Availability is very flexible and start as early as 8am.

Inspection Agent - Andre Benard

Was awesome, he was already there waiting by the time we arrived at the house for our home inspection. Soon as I pulled up he came out of the house and greeted us then took us to the kitchen to fill out paperwork. In the kitchen he had bottles of water and a container of different snacks, very polite, professional, and went over the contract with me to make sure everything was correct from when I ordered online. I followed him throughout the inspection and he educated me on anything that was wrong, why it was wrong, how serious, and the correct way. I like how he treated it like his own home, never felt rush and even brought his own shoe booties. Everytime he came in the house he put them on and everytime he went out he took them off, wish all service people did this.

Overall great company and would use them again and if I could I would request Andre Benard everytime
