First time home buyer here however this was not our first home inspection it was our second we didn't end up buying the first house after inspection but not because there was anything wrong with the house was just bad timing. With this home inspection our Inspector was Chris and he did a great job of informing us about anything and everything we should be aware of. Gave good recommendations on what we should purchase to help with roof issues. Definitely gonna use the HomeBinder as well to keep good records of home maintenance and management in one save location. Thank you Chris and everyone at Sherwood Inspection Services!!!
