I had the pleasure of James performing the inspection over the house I am purchasing. From the start James was extremely friendly and courteous, making sure that I was informed about how the inspection process worked. He was extremely enjoyable to walk around with throughout the course of the inspection, making the time fly by. He welcomed any an all questions, and really took great pride in performing a thorough inspection. He really helped me to learn more about the home I am purchasing, recommending maintenance tips throughout the process that would help me to maintain my home (and investment). I never thought I would enjoy a home inspection on a humid day, under COVID mask restrictions, but I did. At the end of the day, I left this inspection knowing considerably more about the home I am purchasing, and that Sherwood Inspections delivers high quality inspections and customer service. If you're navigating the home buying process and value quality, go with Sherwood....there's a reason they have such a high rating.
