We are first time home buyers and needed to have an inspection done. We were referred to SIS by a trusted source and we were not disappointed. ERIK PADILLA was our inspector and I can say he exceeded all expectations. Erik arrived early to get a layout of the property and was professional and friendly. He is extremely knowledgeable in home inspections and took his time to carefully inspect every aspect of our new dream home. He started in the attic and worked his way down through the house diligently and efficiently. He was patient in answering all of my questions and explained things in the way I could understand. This process is extremely stressful and overwhelming and he made it very manageable. He brought water and snacks as we were there for about 3 hours going over an acre of land and over 3 floors of living space. The price for the inspection and tests were absolutely beyond reasonable. The report he submitted was even more informative and I couldn't recommend this company more!
