Marc was great, he was very thorough with the inspection and answered all of my questions and concerns. Very courteous as well, they came with water bottles and snacks for us! They also took their shoes off at the door and brought their own mat to place them on. Very impressive. I chose Sherwood Inspections off a recommendation from a close friend as well as our realtor, it was the right move!
