I recently moved into a new construction home and decided to schedule a full inspection for peace of mind. I had an excellent experience working with this company. Scheduling was quick, and the quote was clear and straightforward. It’s clear that the business is run very professionally.

Todd and Daniel were our inspectors — they arrived on time, were very professional and knowledgeable, and even vacuumed parts of the house before leaving. Mike came by two days later to pick up the Radon monitoring system, and he was extremely kind as well.

I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Jay Park is such a great inspector. So detailed and very thorough. Took his time to make sure he saw every inch of the house. Nothing was left unseen. Definitely would recommend him!

Brad did a very complete inspection of this house looking for mold or whatever is causing my bad reaction. I received a written report, picture report, and walk thru to explain his findings.

If you want a short story, Brad Peters their inspector was amazing, so knowledgeable, and super nice. Long story is that I have had mold issues or another due to leaks and other things for years, couldn’t figure out what was wrong, where or why. I never knew or even considered getting and air quality specialist, but it was exactly what I needed. Bran walked around the house pointing out problem areas and what could have caused them. Suggested areas that might benefit from additional testing and explained in detail not only the whole process but each mold and issues that could arise. Made suggestions of things I could and should do to help fix the situation and then wrote a detailed plan for a mold remediation specialist to do to make my home air quality excellent. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anybody needed help or assistance in these matters

He is extremely knowledgeable in home inspections and took his time to carefully inspect every aspect of our new dream home. He started in the attic and worked his way down through the house diligently and efficiently. He was patient in answering all of my questions and explained things in the way I could understand. This process is extremely stressful and overwhelming and he made it very manageable. Todd was very friendly, very knowledgeable and was more than willing to answer questions. He was early (which I consider a plus) and was completely up to speed on what was being asked to address in support of the reverse mortgage process we are going through. I would highly recommend this company based on Todd’s professionalism and experience he brings to the job.
