The inspector was courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. He used a towel to wipe his feet. He even took his shoes off in the house. He even had snacks and drinks if clients were hunger or thirsty. The service was above and beyond.

Great inspection service. Not only did they make the process easier by having an online application but everything else was easily done online. I was able to pay & read the agreements ahead of time. On the day the day of the inspection we had Kathy for an inspector and she was absolutely great. She talked us through every little detail she saw, even tiny things like little nail holes. This relaxed me so much knowing pretty much everything when the inspection was over. She really knew how to set my mind at ease! I would recommend this company to anyone but especially first time home buyers! They have a way of making it easier for you but also making you comfortable.

He was very thorough and I was very happy with how he took the time to explain certain things to me and answer my many questions (I am a first time home buyer so there were many!).
