SIS is a great company to use for your home inspection. Roger came out to do our inspection, he was extremely thorough, answered all our questions and gave us information on things to maintenance / up keep. This was our first time going through a home inspection an I would recommend SIS and Roger to friends and family he was a great guy!

Thanks Roger for the meticulous home Inspection you did for my clients at 13 Weymouth in Enfield. Your catch on revealing that the '3 year old' roof being more like 15 years old, will be a negotiation edge for my Buyers. Thanks for being so patient and informative with this young couple. I had the opportunity to have Roger as a home inspector. Roger express and demonstrated customer service. He was on time, folllowed company procedure by not moving personal items ( as I did) in order to do the proper inspection. He took his time and explained things on whatever level he needed to. Roger actually did 2 home inspections for me, 169 Metcalf in Tolland and 31 Sherwood in Manchester. He was very thorough and went through the entire home (s). He spent time explaining anything that the buyers or myself had questions on. I would absolutely use him again and recommend him to future clients and other agents.

Great experience

Had a great informative experience today. I was walked through the entire process beforehand as well as during the process. I was educated during the process as well as we went through the process. I had two choices for this inspection. Both were highly recommended. However one was a team based inspection, Sherwood was not!!!! I was looking for the one on one participation for the inspection. That is exactly why I received.

I have not received the paperwork yet. However I was told to expect a very detailed report!

I would highly recommend this company for your home inspection.
