The inspections are matter-of-fact, designed to inform, not scare or sell. The reports are thorough and easy to read. And the fact that Sherwood Inspectors carry "indoor shoes" and snacks, is so next level! Most recently, I had an issue with having to reschedule while the call center was not available. I was able to get in contact with Dee who reached out to me, so kindly and professionally to help me with my reschedule.
