Sherwood inspections are done with great care and thouroughness. The only thing I would like to see change is the length of the inspectoions and the timeframe in receiving reports.

Jeremy from Sherwood was early, took the time to understand my concerns before giving the inspection, and even brought snacks and water! He was very thorough, talking me through the issues he saw and how I could address them now or in the future. The inspection took a while, which is good because I didn't feel he was rushing. I am extremely satisfied!

Roger Jensen was professional, and well organized. He answered all my questions and made the inspection a knowledgeable experience. He was very thorough finding even the smallest issues like a cracked tub tile, and a leaky kitchen drain. Also found major thing like an eves with borer bee holes and hand rails not up to code. All in all I am very satisfied and would strongly suggest using Sherwood Inspection.

Cathy Corning was my inspector and she was wonderful as a first time homebuyer she went through everything with me and even showed me some things she was talking about. She also answered my question so I could understand. She was very respectful and on time.

The inspectors were very thorough. They went over everything down to the fine cracks in the basement walls and how to fix everything. Way better than i was expecting and if and when i need another inspection SIS is my first call.
