Cathy was fantastic! I had so many questions, and she was very patient and went over everything that she could with us step by step. She helped put the whole inspection process at ease and was very very thorough. I recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home and needs an inspection. Right from the inspectors introduction which included the delicious snacks and water, he provided step by step explanation of what he was doing and most importantly why. He explained his findings through out the process and a few hours later, I had a detailed written summary including full report with pictures to reference. SIS is an amazing group of people! Easy to set up an inspection and easy to deal with every step of the way. We had Marc who was very thorough and knowledgeable and he educated us as we went through the home. There was more to making a home work than we realized. Marc understood we were making a huge investment purchasing a home and took that seriously. He made clear all of the items that were positive, items we should get to eventually, and stuff we should fix right away. Very good experience!
