I loved the Sherwood inspection services because of theyre professionalism and expert inspection! Today I had Andre who did an inspection for my buyer who was a first time homebuyer. Andre was very calm and reassuring and addressed all the concerns my buyer had in order to de-stress her nerves. He was early to the appointment and explained what to expect in an inspection from him as well as bringing waters and snacks for our time there. I always come back to Sherwood Inspection for all these reasons and will continue to use them in the future!

We ended up pulling out of a deal, and we called Roger to do the inspection on our next house because he was that good. Wonderful experience! Made an appointment with Sherwood at the recommendation of my realtor and was not disappointed. Booking the appointment was easy and I was able to do it Saturday afternoon. The inspector, Cathy, explained every single thing she did. It was very helpful as a first time homebuyer to have Cathy walk through everything. She pointed out what was an easy fix and what would require more work. She even had snacks and water! Overall, I had an incredible experience with Sherwood and definitely recommend them to anybody purchasing a home!
