Andre with Sherwood was thorough with his inspection, detailed with his analysis and made clear distinctions between issues of genuine concern, issues that simply needed updating, and problems that were more cosmetic than concerning. His answers to my questions were detailed and came off as confident and based on knowledge and experience. Andre was clear on addressing details that were not in the scope of the inspection or could not be analyzed, and offered suggestions on how to follow up on these issues. The report I received in writing was very thorough and included everything we discussed in person. My experience with Sherwood was very professional and I appreciate the service I received.

I decided to go with SIS for our home inspection at the recommendation of a coworker, and I'm glad we did! I liked that we were able to book all of the different evaluations that we wanted through one company. Having Cathy for an inspector was also great for us as first-time home-buyers; she was very thorough and gave us a lot of great pointers as we went. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. The company as a whole was quick to respond and anticipate our needs. They also send you a detailed PDF of everything that is found during their inspection, whether good or bad. I would definitely use this company again in the future.
