Roger was excellent! He was extremely thorough and explained everything as he went along. He was not in a rush, he was very good. I would highly recommend him and SIS.

Andre was very thorough in his inspection on 290 Hazard Ave. Enfield, CT. He treated it as if he was buying the home for himself, and was upfront about every issue he noticed. He was honest every step of the way, and I appreciate it. As a first time home buyer there is a lot I don’t know, and he did his best to help educate me. This home does not appear to be in my best interests, but for the next one I will certainly request Andre to do my inspection.

I loved Sherwood home inspection. Our inspector was great and very imformitive and answered our questions as best he could.

Andre did an excellent job filling us in on everything that he saw. We arrived late and he caught us up on what we missed in terms that we understood. Because he saw cracks in the foundation, Andre recommended another test. We felt that this was done because he cared not because he wanted us to spend more money. We will definitely recommend SIS In the future!

Chris was already at the home when we arrived. He introduced himself, explained the entire process and his approach to the overall inspection. His inspection was very thorough as we went thru the entire house top to bottom. I was very impressed with his knowledge and he took the time to explain each item that I had a question about. Excellent inspection, thorough and brought snacks too. Mold test cost $500 when I was quoted $350 so was surprised but still they were thorough.

We had a great experience with Chris from Sherwood Inspection Services. He was polite, thorough, timely (was there even before us) and approachable. He inspected the outside of the house, garage, all interior rooms and the basement. He made informed and astute observations and documented everything. Chris was very easy to talk to and was patient with our questions and concerns. Due to an early snowstorm, he was not able to inspect the pool or fully see the roof but assured us he could do so at a date later on. Overall, we were so pleased with our experience with Sherwood Home Inspections and very impressed with Chris. We will be sure to recommend SIS and Chris to our friends and family!
