I thought I knew everything I needed before the inspection but the inspector, Chris Benny, was able to point out so many issues that I had overlooked. I was very impressed with his knowledge, and learned so much more. I felt like I had gotten what I what I had paid for, and was a lot more comfortable as I had a much better grasp on the actual condition of the house I was interested in purchasing. Chris was thorough, personable, and professional. I thought the snack table was a nice touch too. He is definitely an asset to you company. I would recommend SIS to anyone.
