I had an absolutely wonderful experience with SIS for my recent home inspection. Cathy was an incredible inspector. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and thoughtful in assessing and evaluating the home. The experience was overall very pleasant, and made me feel like I walked away understanding and knowing a lot about my new home, and about what aspects of the property to keep an eye on. Cathy kept me informed along the way, updating me with her assessment of each room and space as we went along. She was patient, friendly, and direct, and answered all of my questions. I have full confidence in the quality of the inspection, and appreciated the attention to detail and time spent. Cathy also mentioned at the end of the inspection how much she loves her job, which was so apparent. It is always nice to work with a professional who not only has expertise and a wealth of knowledge, but also truly enjoys their work.
