We had a great experience with Sherwood Inspection Services and Andre. The company was accommodating with the time and date we needed, as well as walking us through what to expect (as first time homebuyers this was very helpful!). Andre was great, arriving early and getting started right away. He was very friendly and thorough in his inspection, clearly explaining any issues he found throughout the process and walking us through the necessary next steps. I would definitely recommend SIS and Andre to anyone looking for a home inspection!

We had Andre helping us with the home inspection, termite, mold, radon, water - just to mention a few . Extremely pleased with his expertise. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. Did not hesitate to go far and beyond to provide a detailed home inspection. Not only that, but he took the time to point out findings floor by floor ( from the nooks and crannies of the attic to those of the basement) , explained what they were, what could have caused them, how to remediate issue(s) and provided recommendations on how to maintain them. We have had home inspection before, but Andre's was by far the best on all counts. Will definitely recommend and ask for his expertise again .

It is true that they do not just inspect, Marc really worked to educate me. First time home buyer here, so I’ve been pretty nervous throughout the process. But Sherwood Inspection Services was a great help. Scheduling the inspection was very easy and I got a response the same day. The inspector who met me at the house, Jeremy Geller, was amazing. He was very thorough, even in places where he didn’t need to be. He was also very knowledgeable, a great help in explaining any problems he saw or ones he felt could come up in the future. I highly recommend Jeremy as an inspector and SIS overall. Thanks again!

Thank you Andre for being so informative! Andre is the best I would recommend him to anyone buying a new home. He went into places I would have NEVER inspected. He was precise and he had an answer for every question I had. Andre made me feel safe and less nervous about the findings. I had the best experience with him. One thing I do know is if I had ever moved again I would be disappointed if he didnt work for Sherwood Inspection anymore because I would only want Andre as my inspector. He made my worries go away! He even checked for mold and TOOK HIS TIME. He never rushed we stayed in the home for 4 hours just to ensure I had no more questions and the inspection was thoroughly completed. Last thing he was there 30 minutes early and already had my exterior inspected!!! He is very detailed. Awesome work Andre!
