Roger came out and inspected a home we are interested in purchasing. This is our 4th home purchase so we are not new to this. Roger was more thorough than our 3 previous home inspectors combined! He explained everything he was going to do and what his findings were. Roger provided snacks and water which was greatly appreciated. It was a warm day and I was not prepared because my previous home inspections lasted about 1 hour and this was a good 3 hours. He checked things that I never would have thought to have inspected. If you're looking to have a home inspected, Roger is your guy!

We were very impressed by Chris Benny! He clearly knows his stuff! He was a thorough and did not rush the job. He went up and down from the extremely hot attic to the basement multiple times to check and double check everything to ensure his report was accurate. He was informative and took the time to answer ALL of our questions.

Working with Andre was a great experience! He first showed up with snacks and water, which was very thoughtful. He then spent a long time helping us go through the potential home with a fine-toothed comb. You don't really "want" to find problems, but need to know what things to look for. Andre was able to navigate all the tricky corners of the home (literally and figuratively) to help us understand its strengths and weaknesses. Positive through it all, he was a pleasure to work with. The company was accommodating with the time and date we needed, as well as walking us through what to expect (as first time homebuyers this was very helpful!). Andre was great, arriving early and getting started right away. We had Andre helping us with the home inspection, termite, mold, radon, water - just to mention a few . Extremely pleased with his expertise. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. Did not hesitate to go far and beyond to provide a detailed home inspection. Not only that, but he took the time to point out findings floor by floor ( from the nooks and crannies of the attic to those of the basement) , explained what they were, what could have caused them, how to remediate issue(s) and provided recommendations on how to maintain them.
