my inspection was very thorough and uncovered every minor and major issue that was visible. my inspector also explained all his findings to me in detail and in a way that I understood so that I was confident with the information I was given. he also told me to call him if I had any questions pertaining to my report which I appreciate. great job and I would definitely recommend.

The inspection was very detail oriented. The inspector, Kyle answered all the questions thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable, straightforward and pleasant. Will definitely use Sherwood Inspection Services again in the future.

The inspector, Jeremy was there before me and I was fifteen minutes early. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing as he did it. He noticed things I had missed on my two visits to the property. As a matter of fact because of the things that turned up in my inspection I walked away from the sale. I received my comprehensive report approximately 24 hours after the inspection. All in all I am very glad I had it done. I would not hesitate to recommend Sherwood Inspection Services to anyone.
