I had to change my inspection date and time a few times and SIS was very accommodating and understanding. Cathy Corning was my inspector and she was fantastic. She arrived early and did an outside assessment first. She walked me through absolutely everything, answered all of my questions, and took her time with me and the house. She was easy to talk with and was very professional. I would recommend Cathy to anyone.

I recently had a home inspection through Sherwood Inspection Services. Buying a home can be a very challenging process. My inspector Kyle was absolutely fantastic! He was patient, kind and very thorough. He explained everything in detail so that I could understand. He was informative and also 'impartial' about his explanations. My fiancé and I have used Sherwood Inspection Service twice - once on a property that we ended up not buying because of the issues that came up during the inspection and once on a property that we're going to proceed with purchasing. Both times our inspectors have been incredibly thorough and great with answering any questions that we've had. The first property we thought was okay but a little aged, but the inspection revealed many, many issues that we didn't realize were there. The inspectors also provided tips on what we could do to fix things and when we could do them ourselves vs when we needed a professional.
