I am a first time home buyer and it was a pleasure working with Sherwood Inspection. I had the pleasure of having my potential home inspected by Matthew Naumec and he was great. He went into details about everything and allowed me to ask every question I had. The report was very through and detailed. 100% Recommended.

I had Alex Bozzi as my home inspector and I cant say enough great things about him. We scheduled an inspection and SIS was able to get it done within 5 days. Alex arrived on time and stayed within his estimate of 2 hours by 5 min! We asked questions along the way and he more than happy to answer them and explain what and why. He even brought an extra pair of shoes as to not track snow in the house. The report was thorough and was completed and in my email inbox that same day! I appreciate people who enjoy what they do and are happy to share their knowledge. I am a licensed CT real estate agent and can choose from several home inspection companies, but in my opinion, Sherwood Inspection Services is a cut above the rest.

Sherwood Inspection is a pleasure to work with. Our inspector, David Hayford, was professional and responsive to our requests. It was great that the company was able to schedule these tests in our limited timeframe to help make our real estate transaction go smoothly.

Our inspection was very well done. Adam Anderson was very polite from the beginning. He explained everything to us from the time he started to the time he ended. Everything he was inspecting he explained to us why he was doing it and what he was checking for. He took his time and he answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend SIS and Adam.

I received a thorough, if pricey, home inspection from this company. The inspector gave me all the time I wanted to ask questions and go over findings of the inspections. Recommended, though again, I feel the price for a sub-1000 sq ft condo unit inspection was about $100 too high.

Inspector was prompt, courteous, and efficient with getting his work done. Walked us through each section of the home during the inspection to note findings and discuss how that part of the house structure looked. Written report was thorough. Test results have come in quickly after the inspection.
